The tour was quite nice! My only issue was the pickup details. It would be nice if the booking was more clear about this. For other folks reading this review, the Zurich bus station isn’t really a bus station - it is a parking lot filled with buses going on different tours. You’ll have to walk around and look for the correct bus. I asked several other tours where they were going in the event that our bus wasn’t actually marked with ‘SwissTours’. It was somewhat chaotic in the parking lot. Other than this, the actual tour was great! Also not clear in the booking is that the guide drops you off at cable car area and you are left to explore Schilthorn on your own for several hours. You meet the guide back in the parking lot at a specified time to then take a short trip to Interlaken.

Our tour guide, Ivars, was very friendly and helpful! He is a very good driver - very smooth and safe. However, suggest for the meeting point to be clearer in the booking details (i.e. the parking lot number). Will definitely book with Swisstour again! Thank you for the pleasant experience :)
