Wonderful overview of Zurich, we went back to downtown Zurich the following day and could get around without any help. The tour made us very confident that we could navigate the metro, ferry, and the streets of Zurich. Great job tour guide, Francesca!

Meeting place is within walking distance of main railways station. Check in was fine however would be an issue if raining as no shelter. The guide started of good giving details as we drove around the city however when we did the walking part she got ahead & did not always wait for the whole group to catch up, but with 45 people that is always a problem. When we arrived at the ferry wharf for the cruise on the lake people just lined up on the wharf but we had seats booked but this was not told to us before we tried to board. Needed to be better explained. The tour of the Lindt Home of Chocolate was interesting however if you listen to all the audio tour you will be there for hours. There was an issue with getting through the entrance but not sure what the problem was. Free chocolate tasting and sample the Lindt Balls. 8 different flavours and we took one of each. Ferry ride back to the city where you are left to own devices and you still have a public transport until next day.

Our tour guide was Valerie and she was fantastic! The coach tour was wonderful and the trip to the chocolate factory was easy. She also did a very great job explaining how to get back as we wished to stay longer and enjoy the cafe. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because of the walking tour. It was about 30 minutes but we only saw 3-4 places. The group felt a little large and everything had to be explained in 3 languages which took some time. Overall, a great way to see Zurich!
