Lars (Tour Guide) and Feliciano (Driver) are friendly and accommodating. They have also done their job quite well. There was just a slight delay in the meeting place at Interlaken on our way back to Zurich, but that was fine because Lars had politely apologized and we have met the 8PM ETA in Zurich. Generally, the trip is informative and pleasant. My only suggestion is that I hope they can give some suggestions on what to do/see/visit/experience in Interlaken and Grinderwald so that the tourists will have an idea on what to do there instead of exploring it on our own…

This is the most cheapest way to go to these two places (in my opinion) however very short time to go around the place. It would’ve been better if the bus will leave at 7am instead of 8:30am so you could get more time to see these beautiful place.Charger port in the bus is not better bring your power bank with you.Tour guide was very informative.overall I enjoyed the tour however very limited time.

It was the best tour we ever had in our life. I travelled with my wife and five months old son. We previously booked the tour for the Interlaken and Grindelwald only as I decided not to go to the higher altitude because of the infant baby. However later our Guide suggested it is okey to climb Mt first which is only about 2200m from the sea level as opposed to the Jungfraujoch 3500m. We took cable car up to Mt first and enjoyed all the views of the mountains similar to Jungfraujoch. It really worths guys so I recommend all the family with infant can choose Mt first for the mountain views.
