The mountain railways in Switzerland are all very expensive. But because we had such fantastic weather it was worth every franc. It was not so great that the lanes are way too full during the Corona period. There is very little responsibility to be seen on the part of the railway company.

A "Must Do" while in Zermatt!

Although the tickets are rather pricey, this is one heck of a ride...worth every cent. Still, you can imagine what it cost to build, and now maintain this rail system. Quite an engineering feat! To get up top for one of the best vistas I have ever experienced n my life is truly worth it. One of the most special, awesome places on the planet! Highly recommended!
