Wow! What an amazing experience and I can honestly say I am 100% glad I booked this trip. I booked it for myself and my two children (11 and 7) and they too had a great time. Gregory was an amazing host and so patient and attentive. We made friends with the four other people on the mini bus and this is resulted in an amazing, unforgettable trip. We thoroughly recommend the toboggan ride at the top of the mountain (after you get off the cable car) and the delicious hot chocolate from the main pub/cafe at the top. The swim up bar in the thermal bars was another highlight. It was a long journey there and back for the kids but the kids were happy with their tablets and headphones. A really magical day out that I wish we could do again!

The pick up from our Airbnb was on time. The coach journey was comfortable. Our tour guide was very friendly & knowledgeable. We had beautiful weather (for October!) which made the location even more stunning.

Excellent driver and host. Very informative and was able to patiently wait when others got lost. Very good trip and well explained and supported. We had a fantastic time!

Great day out, definitely worth the money. The views from Zakopane were breathtaking, the thermal baths were the best way to end a long day.
