Spend the day at sea on this multi-stop boat tour in Zakynthos. Visit Kalamaki Beach, Laganas, Turtle Island (Marathonisi), and a local olive oil press. Meet the resident turtles, swim near the Keri Caves, and taste olive oil samples.  After hotel pickup, start discovering the highlights of the southern region of Zakynthos. The first stop will be at Kalamaki Beach to learn about the turtle nests in the area. Next, embark on a 3-hour cruise on a glass bottom boat around the beach of Laganas. Stop at the nearby island of Marathonisi, also known as Turtle Island. Admire its beautiful caves and white sand beaches, and keep an eye out for the Caretta turtles who inhabit the surrounding waters. Continue sailing to the Keri Caves, located on the southern coast of Zakynthos. Make a stop for swimming before returning to the port and traveling to the Aristeon Olive Oil Press.  At the press, learn about the long history of olive oil production on the island and taste some samples before returning to your hotel.

2. Laganas: Off-Road Buggy Adventure in Zakynthos with Lunch

The tour begins in the morning at the starting point. All equipment and gear is provided by us. Following a briefing by your tour guide you will set off at 10:00. 20' into the tour, the off-road fun begins. The first stop is at idyllic Marathias to take photos of Turtle island. Then a drive through the dense forest of Marathias will lead you to the breathtaking Mizithres viewpoint. Continuing the tour you will find yourself in the vineyards of Agalas at Andronios Wells. 11 in total! Feeling hot? The next stop is at the ruggedly magnificent Korakonisi for 1.5hrs of swimming, snorkelling or relaxing. After a cool dip, you are bound to be hungry. A private traditional Greek lunch is served at an old farmhouse under the shade of trees in Loucha, one of the oldest but by far the prettiest villages in Zante. Plenty of food and unlimited soft drinks are available. After lunch, the final stretch of the tour begins, with a drive through the Loucha Valley. The group returns back to the original starting point at approximately 16:00. After 85km of driving, and 80% of it off-road, you will be full of dust and unforgettable memories to last a lifetime.

See hidden parts of Zakynthos and enjoy an off-road adventure with this off-road Jeep tour of Zakynthos. Admire beautiful views, drive through charming mountain villages, and visit a local farm. Be picked up by your jeep guide/driver at your hotel in a closed jeep and begin your journey of discovery. Gaze out the windows at the many sights and scenic stops en route and learn more about the island on the way. Travel around mountain villages in lush landscapes, and enjoy a journey off-road to the Vrachionas mountain range, the highest point on the island. Be sure to have your cameras ready to capture the breathtaking views of the whole of Zakynthos and beyond. Stop during the day in one of the mountain villages for lunch at a local taverna (not included in the price), and enjoy some local cuisine. Make your way to the very north of the island and take the opportunity to experience an optional boat trip to see the Blue Caves (not included in the price). Enjoy a swim stop at a local beach if you decide not to see the Blue Caves. Stop at the Therianos Organic Farm, and take the opportunity to sample and purchase some local products produced on the farm and in the area.

Enjoy a tour of the coastal highlights of Zakynthos and explore the north coast of the island. Stop to swim in beautiful clear waters, and visit the shipwreck on Navagio Beach. Visit the famous Blue Caves, and relax on that boat with a friendly crew. Be picked up and transferred to the main harbor of Zante town, and join the cruise boat for an unforgettable experience cruising to the North of the Island and back. Relax on board with a friendly and professional crew and great service. Cruise past the residential area of Krioneri, the resort areas of Tsilivi, Alykanas, and Alykes, and up to Skinari, the most northern part of the island, where you can see the lighthouse. Look out for the island off the port of Agios Nicholas at Skinari in the shape of a turtle, and spot the closest neighbor, Kefalonia. Sail close to the famous Blue Caves, whose name comes from the color of the water, a mixture of aquamarine and turquoise. Travel through the deepest part of the Mediterranean called the Well of Ionysos, which is about 4,500 meters deep. Head into Smugglers Cove, where the wreck of the ship “Panayiotis” can be seen. Cruise around the north coast, where the captain will make another swim stop during the afternoon before arriving back at the port in town at about 3:30.

Explore history and culture on a 6-day tour through the Peloponnese and Zakynthos regions, and take a ride on the Cog Railway. Enjoy five nights at a 3 or 4-star hotel, and experience history and culture at archaeological sites and UNESCO sites. Day 1:Begin the tour with pickup in Athens, and make your way to the world-famous Acropolis, built during the Golden Age of Pericles. Admire the Propylaea, Temple of Athena Nike, Parthenon, Erechtheion, and the Porch of Maidens. Continue a short pleasant walk and pass by Herodion and Dionysus theater, and visit the new Museum of Acropolis. Enjoy the view of the small island of Bourtzi, in the middle of the city's harbor, the fort on the sea, and Nafplio's trademark, the Castle of the Town. Make a stop at the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus of the 15,000 spectators, and visit Ancient Mycenae, the former center of Greek civilization, home to the kingdom of the mythical Agamemnon, and stay overnight at Olympia. Day 3: Get an early start to the day, and visit the archaeological site of Ancient Olympia, the place where the first Olympic Games took place in 776 BC, in the lush valley formed by the Alfios River. See the temple of Zeus, the most celebrated in Ancient Greece. Catch the ferry to Zakynthos, check in to your hotel, and enjoy a day of leisure. Rest and explore the center of Zakynthos and have dinner at a traditional tavern before staying overnight in Zakynthos. Day 4:Finish breakfast and relax as the driver transfers you from your hotel to Zakynthos Marina to take the local boat cruise to enjoy one of the best ways to explore the island. Stop first at the blue caves and watch the sun hit the water and change its colour. See the magical turquoise shade of the water that changes to emerald green, and move on to the next stop to see the shipwreck. Explore the beach, well-known throughout the world, and return to the Marina before the driver transfers you to your hotel. Stay overnight in Zakynthos. Day 5: Board the ferry from Zakynthos Port to reach Diakofto to take the Cog Railway which links Kalavrita with Diakopto through the Vouraikos Canyon. Travel over streams climbing the narrow gorge up int o the mountains, through tunnels, and over waterfalls. Continue the tour at the mysterious magnificent "Cave of the Lakes", a rare creation of nature. See small and large lakes, 13 in total, with different colors in each one. Stop and stay overnight in Dimitsana. Day 6: Start the day with a hike along the path that leads to the Monastery of Agios Ioannis Prodromos and Monastery of Philsofos. See one of the oldest monasteries in Greece, that was built in the 19th century. Admire a beautiful view of the Lousios River under your feet.

This tour was excellent! The guide takes you all over the southern part of the island passing olive groves and wineries as well as stopping at many beautiful viewpoint and a place to swim in clear blue water along the cliffs! You enjoy a lovely homemade meal in the hills before heading back to the starting point!

This is a must! Gina and her husband are super friendly and take care of everything down to the last detail! Between crosses in the buggies you will pass super beautiful places. The picnic at the end tops it off, delicious traditional Greek food! More than worth money!
