We had two great exciting days with Xcaret. Everything is very well organized and customers are well taken care of with good information and on-site service. The experiences themselves were exhilarating. We especially loved our day trip to Chichen Itza. Our guide Dally was very knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting with facts about the site itself and about Mayan history. We learned a lot and had so much fun. One point of improvement: the transport was a little complicated with needing to switch between buses and stopping off in lots of places. We understand this has to do with the high numbers of customers the company takes care of every day, but it added a few unnecessary hours for us.

Phenomenal!!!! He greatly exceeded my expectations, our guide Mauricio has a lot of knowledge and you can see that he loves what he does since at all times he was very attentive and answered our questions, my children had a great time and although it was a very tiring trip we had fun like crazy I highly recommend the tour because we did what we decided and we were not subject to a closed itinerary. I highly recommend Get your guide since it is not the first time that we have used the application and it always leaves us with a good taste in our mouths.

Our Alfredo shared passionately history and culture, and tirelessly worked with all participants.

We enjoyed a tour with a great guide, all experiences impeccable and well organized.

Incredible tour with a really knowledgeable guide who made the trip a ton of fun!
