Friendly accomodating and informative

Mr S. Ugur was just so wonderful with our twins who are only 4. He not only did his job well but also helped carry and cart the kids around especially in a city that requires a lot of walking. He took us to a few targeted shopping places where we wanted to but some stuff.

Mev was very professional and very helpful in our tour of the Grand Bazaar and the Spice Market. She was the perfect guide. Pace was done to accommodate our group and she did the tour based on our interest
