    Your guide will be waiting for you in your hotel's lobby at the appointed time holding a placard with your name on it. Normally, it takes about 50 minutes to drive from downtown Xi'an to the Terracotta Warrior Museum.  Three pits have been excavated and can be visited at the Museum. The largest pit, Pit 1, is believed to contain 6,000 warriors and horses. They are all life-sized, facing east, and are lined up in battle formation. What is particularly striking is the fact that no two of them are alike. Pit 2, which is smaller than Pit 1, contains around 1,300 warriors and horses, and it is still being excavated. Phoebe was a brilliant, knowledgeable guide with excellent English. The pick up and drop off from my hotel was very easy and the car was comfy and warm! The warriors were as amazing as expected with Phoebe’s expert knowledge of the history of the artefacts bringing it all to life. The lunch at a local restaurant afterwards was delicious - best meal I’ve had in Xi’an! Overall, a perfect tour and highly recommended. Thank you Phoebe!

The trip was fabulous. Elaine was friendly, had good English and knew a lot. I was blown away seeing the warriors and hearing about them. I enjoyed the wall and the Muslim market. I would do it again. It was very easy to book with you.
