My husband, teenage daughter & I did this tour on a Saturday afternoon. It was a different way to learn more about Williamsburg & we enjoyed it. Our guide, William, was great & very knowledgable about Williamsburg's history past and present. We went to 6 places, actually eating at half & getting free samples/shopping at the other half. The negative for us was the online site is misleading....it states you that you will visit nine places, see how fudge is made & make it sound like you actually hear from the people who work in the stores/restuarants- none of that happened except someone did talk to us for maybe a minute at the Spice & Tea Shop. We still enjoyed the experience but the website should be reworded. The food we ate on the tour was very good and we have all enjoyed trying the free samples as well. The food we purchased was not as tasty but not bad (what we bought from the Spice & Tea Shop was the best). Thanks to William for making it an enjoyable experience!
