It’s very harrowing, so sad, thought provoking but essential to ensure nothing like what happened here ever happens again. Visiting the salt mines after the camps was incredible and lifted our mood. Again the time spent here went in very quickly and our group of five absolutely loved it. Chapel chandeliers made from salt are stunning! Our driver collected us from our apartment on time and made sure we met with the tour guides for each attraction. He dropped us back off at the apartment too. I would highly recommend this trip .

Our driver - Andrew and our guide - Magda were fabulous. Very courteous, gracious, knowledgeable and kind. The salt mine tour and tour of Krakow are interesting and enjoyable. The details of our trip were confusing. Pick up times changed 3x and the pick-up place changed 2x. Our itinerary also stated that we had a ride from the train to our apartment and when I called, I was told there would be no driver. So the arrangement details were not reliable

Brilliant day from start to finish. Driver easy to understand really good English we were thoroughly looked after all day no hassle with tickets and always on time. Took the hassle out of getting around even found us a brilliant restaurant to eat lunch. Lovely comfortable vehicle and a day we will remember for a long time.
