Easily accessible with ample parking. Such an array of historic planes, cars and motorbikes. Not as large as some others but supported by a plethora of friendly and helpful stewards. And once finished you can have a beverage before your journey home. Quite a place and apparently they have flying days as well. Worth keeping an eye out for. I would go back.

This is a fantastic place to visit and make sure you have plenty of time because there is sooo much to see. The staff and/or volunteers are passionate about the museum and are extremely knowledgeable about the exhibits and the history of transport. The exhibits are nicely spaced out so social distancing is not a problem and plenty to see outdoors too with the display of aeroplanes. I wish I had bought an annual season ticket (for which you get your entry fee credited against the cost) as I would like to go back with my grandson aged 2 1/2.

The whole day was wonderful. With so many different forms of transport covered in the museum, there was no opportunity to get bored in any way. Everyone was so helpful. This place is clearly looked after by those who deeply care about our history of transport in all its many forms. The only slight criticism is that, whilst there was plenty of seating in the Sunbeam Cafe, the facilities for actually obtaining or ordering any kind of refreshment is far too small and has no extra room for any kind of queuing. Overall though, a wonderful superb day for the whole family.
