What people are saying about Wat Phra That Doi Suthep

This tour is great for anyone wanting to experience the nature around Chiang Mai without encountering big crowds. We were only two people (+guide) and hardly saw anyone else along the way. Our guide was incredibly friendly without being overbearing or awkward. He tried to cater as much as possible to our level of experience during both the hiking and biking parts. From what I could tell, our bikes were in a good shape and all the necessary protective gear was provided. Note that the mountain biking part is quite challenging and not necessarily suited for beginners! Finally, this tour includes two local meals that tasted incredibly good. Overall, a great experience!

Tour was great exercise with a long lunch in between the hike and bike and another second lunch after the bike! The mountain biking is not for absolute beginners, it is very rocky most of the way down, some previous experience is definitely needed. The guide was lovely and helpful but he could not speak a lot of English.

Very organized and professional tour provider. My guide Joe was very patient and kind. In my opinion, this might be considered more of an intermediate level ride as opposed to beginner. Regardless, I had a great time and recommend this tour to others.

It was a really grueling and great hike- definitely not for the out-of-shape! Would have been good to know how long it was from the get-go- a bit misleading but overall great!

This is tough, but very rewarding. I would highly recommend this to o anyone with a relative fitness level. The trek is through the jungle, up rocks and via temples.
