This tour was excellent. Josh was great, and the stories were interesting and thorough without being gory. Great for all ages. Cobblestone and grass could make it challenging for some.

The young lady was very knowledgeable, pleasant and her stories engaging. Just the right amount of stops. I was a bit disappointed I didn't see any ghosts.

Excellent tour, great tour guide, she was an excellent story teller. Philly is beautiful at night, and spooky if you find the right places.
