Instead of making your people find their own way, explain about the trains & how to get to Independence Mall. We used our Amtrak tickets to board the train to get to Jefferson Station, but could have gone all the way to 5th St to get our tickets if we had just known. We spent 2 hours just trying to figure out how to get there to exchange our vouchers for tickets. We had to go to two bus areas to exchange them. We saw three stops because we ended up not having enough time to take the whole tour, to be sure we got back to 30th Street Station in time to catch our train back to DC after visiting Independence Hall and Betsy Ross House, and eating lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe. We did not see much of Philly for this reason, and feel we got cheated out of our tour cost because the company didn't really offer the information needed to make our tour successful.
