Good performance. Welcome, nice cruise! Magnificent Mount Vernon site! Two small caveats: If you do not have breakfast or drinks to go, you can not access the interior of the boat! Quite a long line to visit the Washington house despite the fixed visit time! The site remains yours without hesitation!

The cruise trip and self guided tour was very good. The issue was with the online booking. First checked with the availability before booking, then got an email telling me the date selected was not available! While the date on the voucher was not updated i was told it was not an issue...

Mt. Vernon - not enough time to enjoy the mansion/grounds

Not enough upfront information - had to call twice to find location of the boat as telephone number on the e-ticket was incorrect therefore received wrong info. Called another number night before the tour and fortunately Cassandra was most helpful giving the correct info. Luckily we were staying on The Wharf had we been staying across town things would not have worked out. Also no indication that the boat trip took 1-1/2 hrs each way not leaving enough time to fully enjoy the mansion and gardens.
