Full description
Following collection from your Warsaw accommodation, begin your journey to the two of the Praga District's museums. Throughout your experience, travel by a luxury vehicle driven by an elegant, punctual, and professional driver. Your driver has an excellent knowledge of the topography of Warsaw, and is on hand to field any questions which may arise throughout your experience. Situated within the Soho Factory complex of old industrial buildings housing designers and artists, the Neon Museum is devoted to the preservation of the iconic neon signs of the pre-World War II and communist era. Inside the museum, around 100 large, fully lit pieces are on display. Further salvaged signs are also dotted around the complex, becoming illuminated after dark. Once done with your exploration of the Neon Museum, move on to the Vodka Museum. There you can learn how the first written record of the word vodka came from Poland in 1405, being included as part of the “Akta Grodzkie“ court documents from the Palatinate of Sandomierz. During that time, vodka was not widely used as a drink, but more as a medicinal substance for sterilizing wounds and numbing injuries. Once done touring the museum, your friendly driver returns you back to your tour starting point.
