  • Sinaia: Peleș Castle Tour with An Expert Guide

Walk through the impressive hallway on the ground floor where you can admire the enormous reception room and the four statues representing the four seasons. Traffic was awful. Guide was a bit impatient. I understand that 2 whole other people were waiting, however we were a group of 6 and left Braşov at 1015 to meet up by 1200. We were not informed of the parking fee and needing to have exact money or the attendants unwillingness to accept euro change only euro bills if we didn’t have Romanian money. Multiple jokes made at our expense and phone calls asking where we were despite knowing we had young kids.

What people are saying about Wallachia

Started at 07:30 from old town, and back by 18:30. Had a great english speaking guide, Christian, who have traveled alot too and knew history and other things good. Went to Bran Castle (Dracula's Castle), its 2h 40min ride. Then to Brasov for a short time and had lunch there. And finally ending with Peles Castle. The best thing was its not like other tours where you just have to go and follow, this you can go and do it in your own way, very flexible.

Valeria our tour guide was very friendly and explained to us in detail and in a fun and entertaining way the whole history of Peles Castle and Romania, also answered all the questions we had. Guide highly recommended.

Everything went smoothly. The tour was very interesting with a lot of background knowledge and overall very recommendable!

Really good english speaking guy, Christian. I recommend this tour as there was no strict schedule to follow.

Valery was amazingly friendly and so knowledgeable! I would book a tour with her anytime!
