Very easy to find desk 71, friendly staff and only waited about 15-20 minutes for more people to arrive to share the boat with . It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the boat from the desk which was easy to follow up one floor and then follow the blue signs to water boats. Driver was very friendly, plenty of space on the boat for 10 people. Boats very clean and would 100% recommend them to anyone considering using x We didn’t receive the return voucher untill the afternoon before after we chased it but we were told this is normal Practise and not to worry but otherwise we had no problems at all
