Best tour we took on the island! Our tour guide, Eric, was excellent! He is very knowledgeable about the island of Hawaii, it’s history, and Volcano National Park. He combined dry facts with a sense of humor that made the tour so much fun! We would highly recommend specifically asking for Eric if you take this tour. Our guide, Aaron, was a walking encyclopedia. His knowledge and energy to share it was really second to none. The tour hit the main spots it was supposed to. The glowing lava and perfect night sky during a meteor shower was fantastic.
Our guide was really knowledgeable about the history of Hawaii and about the plants and agriculture. I liked traveling around the island and seeing sights, such as the active volcano and the lush vegetation on the “wet” side.
This was an incredible experience. Our tour guide, Shawn, was informative of the island's history and landscape and could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend this trip
