What people are saying about Vltava River

After having spent several days in Prague, exploring the busy tourist sights and attractions, it was lovely to leave the city and take a breather from all of the hype and loudness. We were picked up at our accommodations and transported 2 hours to a remote location where time stood still. We were fitted and instructed as to how the day would unfold and then spent the day paddling and at times allowing the current of the Vltava River do the work for us. For lunch we enjoyed authentic, local cuisine and beer from one of the many places along the river who seemed to cater to the floating community. Several unique, floating bars provided little pitstops along the way, to ensure we all stayed well hydrated. The guides were very knowledgeable, friendly and shared stories and history lessons along the way. Seeing the little towns from the river perspective was such a neat experience. This was by far the highlight of our 10 day stay in the Czech Republic.

Super fun and interesting activity. Our guide Sebastiaan showed us the most beautiful places in Prague with the accompanying story in a pleasant way. Well worth it. Our youngest daughter of 14 was also able to join this city tour independently.

The excursion was very well organized. Punctual collection. The guide very friendly and very good explanations.
