Full description

Meet your driver at your accommodation and enjoy the comfort of an air-conditioned vehicle. Start the tour at the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci. Many people think that he was born in Vinci, as the name seems to suggest. But the truth is that the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci is in Anchiano, about 3 kilometers from Vinci.

Visit the farmhouse where he was born and grew up immersed in the green hills. For sure this place inspired him since it is reproduced in the background of some of his most famous paintings. Discover some reproductions of Leonardo da Vinci’s drawings and learn from a life-sized hologram who narrates the events of his life and work.

Then reach Vinci and visit the Leonardian Museum at your own pace. The museum houses one of the largest collections of models constructed on the basis of Leonardo da Vinci's drawings. At the end of the tour, walk the narrow streets of the town and visit the Church of Santa Croce. Admire the ancient baptismal font where Leonardo was baptized before going back to the starting point.
