  • Pompeii Reserved Entry Ticket

    1. Pompeii Reserved Entry Ticket

Visit this Roman city with all its temples, theaters, homes, and public buildings. On the morning of August 24, AD 79, the Vesuvius eruption took Pompeii's 11,000 residents by surprise. The dramatic event killed the inhabitants and the city was buried beneath ash. This event created one of the most preserved archeological sites in the world today.  Explore well-known sites such as the amphitheater, the Villa of Mysteries as well as the houses of Vettii and Faun, amongst others.

It's really worth going to Pompeii! However, the tickets onsite are sold for 16 EUR while I paid 22 EUR online. This is annoying. I went there on a Saturday that was supposed to be sold out (online), but they still sold tickets to visitors that did not have a reservation.

  • Pompeii: Fast Track Entrance Ticket with Audio Guide

    2. Pompeii: Fast Track Entrance Ticket with Audio Guide

Skip the long lines and discover the remains of the Roman city. See ancient ruins, destroyed by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD, leaving the city buried under mountains of volcanic ash. Take advantage of an audio guide service to see houses and everyday items that are still almost intact. Experience this everyday Roman town, almost like it was under the Roman Empire.

Don't bother buying any kind of ticket for pompeii other than the official italian ONLINE ticket. there is no 'fast track' 'skip the queue' tickets. the only people who can skip the queue are the ones with the actual online Tickets. Not the getyourguide or any other kind of voucher tickets. also stay away from the Ticket office at the trainstation. even tho there are signs that it deals with getyourguide tickets, it is not the official Pompeii ticket office and they just waste your time there.

  • From Naples: Private Pompeii, Mount Vesuvius and Winery Tour

This tour begins with collection from a pre-arranged meeting point, and your driver will then take you to three key sites of the Naples region. Firstly, Pompeii is of unparalleled importance and a trip to the area would be incomplete without visiting the town, which was buried under a vast layer of burning stone and ash when Vesuvius erupted in AD79. Thanks to this layer of ash, everything was incredibly well-preserved so that visitors today can walk around an intact Roman town, enter houses, temples, amphitheatres and even a brothel, and truly feel what it was like to live in Roman times. The second stop is a vineyard located near the base of Mount Vesuvius. Here, you will be able to taste some delicious local wines and visit the vineyard. Boscotrecase, where it is located, is a town of intense agricultural activity, especially directed to the production of fine wines. Finally, visit ...

If you intend to use the ticket extensively (for example, I was in Pompeii, Herculaneum, Paestum - including the train - and in the Archaeological Museum of Naples) it is definitely worth it, so I can only recommend it.

Very nice visit. On the other hand, you have to pick up the ticket at the entrance. The voucher is not valid.

Lack of information on how to collect the 3-day pass Which should preferably be collected the day before

Suggestive and disturbing experience. The guide on duty at 21.00, wonderful !!!
