Vega De Ribes also produces red and white still wines, which are also of high quality. Villadelops is another family-owned winery that has been producing wine since the 14th century. Their wines are aged in oak barrels and have a unique character due to the use of wild yeast during fermentation. Villadelops also produces a dessert wine, which is made from overripe grapes that have been affected by noble rot.
