What people are saying about Vila Nova de Gaia

I enjoyed the show a lot! Fado was a woman singing with one musician on a Portuguese guitar and another on a classic guitar. Had a short intermission to pass out port wine - was quite sweet. I don't drink wine but liked the taste of the sip I took. Location is fantastic, right outside the church and the Dom Luis I bridge, which is super convenient and great for seeing the sunset right after the show. Booking online was slightly cheaper than getting a ticket at the door.

We had a great time. This show is really great, the musicians are top notch and the singer is incredibly talented! I strongly advise to spend an evening that is off the beaten path of the basic tourist.

Incredible experience. The host were friendly, extremely informative. Can’t wait to go back and see them again. Great people make a huge difference.

A great tour on the history of port wine and elements about its fermentation process. Well worth it!

Awesome tourguide, very clear explanations and was accomodating even with a kid within our group :)
