Both locations are well worth visiting. The bus was comfortable and we got to see quite a lot. Sylvia was the guide and she was really friendly and knowledgeable and was really easy to understand. Her English was perfect and she catered for both Spanish and English speaking guests. The group was quite a bit older and slower then I would have liked so I think we could have done more but we still managed to see enough. Really lovely tour.

Excellent - organisation was clear at the office we met in. The coach was clean and comfortable. Our guide Beatrice was really clear with her English and had a lovely calm tone. The tours were well organised and covered all the main points and places .Avila being so high in the mountains was extremely cold .We didn’t opt for lunch included as we preferred to spend that time at our leisure or they wasn’t a lot of free time .

We very much enjoyed our trip to Ávila and Segovia yesterday. The guide was very very knowledgeable and could answer all questions. We were disappointed that the guide had both Spanish and English guests that she had to interpret for. As guests it made the tour less personal as it was a bilingual tour. We do understand that this is not high season and therefore the need for a bilingual tour.

Worth noting the tour is conducted in both Spanish and English... so lots of standing around while the guide repeats the same information in another language. Normally wouldn’t be a problem, but given how cold it was on the tour, it would have been better to move faster with the walking tour and maybe consider conducting separate tours for English and Spanish in future.

The tour is perfect! The bus is comfortable, the tour guide speaks several languages and her English was perfect. The lunch was fabulous and super yummy. The amount of time given to tour each town was just right and we were able to fit some tourist shopping in too.
