a really unique experience! we lucked out and got to see a really nice long and elaborate ice cave which you don't always see since they're changing and melting. our guide was helpful and funny. from reykjavik keep in mind there is a lot of traveling time but that's a given since the caves are a bit away. but well worth it! we also got to see the two of the main waterfalls but only for around 20 minutes but we didn't mind since we did another south coast tour that allowed us to see them and for longer the day before. one of my favorite things I saw the whole trip:)

It was great! Jon was our guide and he is humorous. On the way to the ice cave, he shared some history about Vik. He also recommend us to drive to a nearby island. The ice cave experience was superb and the pace of the hiking was relax and enjoyable.

This is a must experience when in Iceland. Maria was an amazing tour guide, she is the sweetest, very knowledgeable too! She made this experience even more magical! This will forever be engraved in my heart! So recommend it!
