Very nice place, good information about "Sissi" I did miss the information about carriages Kg? And will be nice if by entry they will say to people to not talk louth.! It was very difficult to concentrate reading when people are talking, talking, talking and disturbing the whole route.

This was a surprisingly good museum and we learned a lot more than about the carriages. It was a good intro for us to the royal family and history of Austria. We booked these tickets on the spot to avoid the long line for the castle. In our haste, didn't realize that the tickets were only for the Carriage museum and that children were free. Get Your Guide was reasonable about refunding us the extra tickets we purchased unnecessarily. I appreciated the customer service and helped us view the experience more fondly.

Verrassend leuk en interessant! De kinderen (12, 10 en 6 jaar oud) vonden het leuker dan het bezoek aan het paleis Schönbrunn zelf dat we ervoor deden. Het was er, in tegenstelling tot in het paleis, zeer rustig met slechts enkele medebezoekers. We hebben er meer dan een uur in rondgekuierd en bijna elk bordje vol interesse gelezen! Een aanrader!
