Full description
Give the museums and imperial palaces of Vienna a miss for the day and venture outside the city center by mountain bike. Discover the spectacular green landscapes that lie directly on the doorstep of the city and ride along the banks of the Danube Canal. Cycle to the wine village of Nussdorf, and then ascend the highest hill in Vienna as you make your way up the Kahlenberg with ease on your comfortable e-bike with extra thick tires. Pedal through the beautiful vineyards and get the most spectacular view of Vienna from the top. Then, cycle through the woods on the downhill ride to reach the banks of the majestic River Danube and Danube Island. Enjoy a traditional snack of bratwurst and a radler (lager shandy) before riding through Prater park.

Fun and beautiful bike ride getting outside of downtown Vienna. We rode 20-25 miles on an e-bike so the distance was no problem. Got to cross the different branches of the Danube River, stopped at a local stand for beer and snacks and generally enjoyed the beautiful views. Highly recommend this tour. Thanks Paolo!

One of the best things we did in Vienna!

What a fun tour. The ebike were easy to ride and the power assist so helpful as we climbed hills! The fat tires increased the stability so curbs were no problem. The tour was so interesting. I can't imagine exploring the wine area any other way. Our guide, Stellos (sp) was perfect. Knowledgeable and funny. He kept our group of 7 on task but still laughing and talking. I can't say enough great things about this company and this tour. If you have seen the city center of Vienna think outside the box and explore on ebikes.
