The experience includes two aspects: 1. buying the ticket through GetYourGuide and 2. the concert itself. Buying the ticket online was easy, but the email confirming the ticket for the concert had two times: 6PM and 8PM referencing both making it confusing. Sent a message on Facebook to GetYourGuide, the auto answer said no one is available to assist but a phone number was provided which was useless as no one picked up.

The whole evening was fabulous the musicians the opera singers & the ballet dancers were all excellent. I was a bit worried when I arrived as it looked like I was entering an office block but the room the performance was in was magnificent definitely a must if in Vienna.

Such a brilliant evening! The music was beautiful and really varied, with some opera and ballet alongside the instrumental pieces. The musicians were wonderfully engaging and added some really funny moments in too. The room was beautiful too, small enough that there are great views wherever you’re sat. We bought the cheapest category tickets and could see all the musicians really well. We went as a family and our kids loved it too. Thoroughly recommend.
