We were lucky that the train arrived at Vienna main station at 3:50 p.m. The ticket office closes at 4 p.m. I certainly won't buy from organizations where I don't get the ticket to print out right away. The voucher is not a solution but cumbersome. Say hello to Gerhard Ackerl

With the City Card you can use all local public transport, which is very relaxing. We landed late, so the info point in the airport was already closed. Since the card can only be picked up in a tourist information office, we had to buy an extra ticket for the trip into the city. Unfortunately, there are only three places in Vienna where you can pick up the tickets, which is quite inconvenient.
