The local supplier's trustworthy Italian Chef will lead you in cutting fresh fruit, while the ingredients of the gelato get mixed in the machine between the different recipes. Don’t forget to write tips on the recipe book, so you can do it at home by yourself. Finally when everything is ready, you will put the portions into glasses and enjoy these sweet desserts with the rest of the group.
