Explore the essence of Italian cooking at a hands-on cooking class in the historic heart of Verona. Prepare and cook a traditional meal using the freshest ingredients and basic techniques to enhance the natural flavors of food. Learn how to appreciate simple Italian cooking using fresh, high quality ingredients that don’t require a lot of complicated techniques to release their flavor. Based on the Mediterranean diet, each class prepares a classic dish in a professional kitchen. Your chef will take you through easy-to-learn techniques to make fresh pasta, risotto (made with local rice), and tiramisu, the typical Italian dessert. By the end of your seminar you will feel confident in your Italian cooking skills to make healthy and tasty recipes that you can recreate at home.

Fantastic morning! Loved every minute of this cooking class. Christina was wonderful- so friendly, knowledgeable, kind, helpful and calm. A wonderful teacher, who created a relaxed and fun learning environment. We had a lovely group with us and the place was clean and tidy ( immaculate). The food was superb and of such high quality. Learned a lot and will definitely be making the dishes on return home for family and friends. Thank you so much! X

Christina is wonderful. The dishes were fantastic and so was the wine. Freshly made pasta, she showed us the right way to make risotto, I’ve been doing it wrong for 11 years there’s a huge difference. I hope my son appreciates it when I get home and use him as a Guinea pig. We started with the gorgeous tiramisu as it has to go in the fridge. Worth every minute. I met some lovely people doing the course too. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Would highly recommend it.

All the other reviews are true! The class was amazing and Christina is really good at what she does. She's very passionate, takes her time and answers all questions you might have. She's constantly checking how everyone is doing and gives positive reinforcement. She explained everything in such a way that it's super easy to do it yourself at home but the taste of the food is still restaurant quality. On top of that she changed some ingredients/dishes because I'm lactose intolerant so that was very thoughtful and kind of her. I wish I stayed longer in Verona so I could have taken her other classes!
