    The tickets must be collected between 10:00 AM an 2:00 PM from the Venice Tours Assistance Point. With the Piazza San Marco and the arches of Museo Correr at your back and the Poste Italiane (Post Office) in front of you, look to the left and you will see a big grey newsstand (with many souvenir and newspapers), this is the Venice Tours Assistance Point where you can receive your ticket. The newsstand is between Fendi Boutique and Poste Italiane (Post Office) and as a sign that says 'Venice Tours Assistance Point’.

    • Tickets must be collected between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM
    •  This tour is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities
    •  Tour does not operate in case of exceptional high tide or in case of religious functions (in these cases it can be postponed the day after otherwise it will be refunded)
    • Doges Palace standard opening hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (last admission 5:00 PM).
    • Due to the COVID-19 preventative measures, access to a number of the attractions included may be restricted.
    • The ticket is valid for 3 months from booking and allows one-time access to the Doge's Palace and the other museums specified

    It took us 1 hour and 3 people who kindly gave us information to find the place where you are, the map is useless, as well as the street number, to review and improve for the next bookers. in a word, we lost more than an hour in the afternoon

    Just two quibbles - (1) we had to walk a little way to actually get the ticket to gain access. This was not made clear when purchasing the ticket. I thought by purchasing the ticket on line before we left England we could just go to the Doge's/The Basillica and enjoy the Experience. We bought this ticket as we thought it was good value that it gave access to both Doge's Palace and the Basillica. (2) Although there is free entry to The Basillica it is not made clear that there is an additional charge to access two places are of interest (a) The Burial Site of St Mark = 2 Euros (b) access to the roof terrace = 5 Euros. The additional charges are not made clear.

    Excellent landmark

    Really enjoyed the visit to this location and having the tickets avoided queuing but it took forever to locate the office where we had to collect the tickets which was really annoying, we were fortunate that we had enough time but for people that were time limited this would be a problem.
