On the website it said Venice to Cortina twice even though the other service was in fact a return (Cortina to Venice). On the way to Cortina the driver was very nice, did not really check the tickets, the bus was half empty, loads of free seats! Slightly AC’ed. the journey took 3 hours!!!! Not 2 - what it says on the website. On the way back however, the bus driver given me the wrong info and pointed me in the wrong direction. I was almost late for the journey back because driver was so confusing! The pick up was basically in the same area as the drop off. Tip: look for the same bus/company/colours on the bus and make sure you are on time! I gave 3 stars for the driver because of the experience on the way back. And transportation also 3 stars because it took much longer than to what it says on the website.

The bus to Cortina left on time. It was hardly AC’ed. the trip took 3 hours. The driver was very nice and friendly. On the way back however, the bus driver confused me when I showed my ticket and he pointed me in the wrong direction. I had 2 mins before the bus was about to leave. I was lost. Went back to the same bus driver and he spoke to someone from the information and it turned out I was correct. AC on the bus hardly working. On the website when I was booking it said Venice to cortina twice but one was to cortina and the other one was from cortina. Must be an error on the website. Advice: check the bus name and what it looks like so you catch the exact same one to go back. I almost missed my bus because the driver was confusing. Make sure you have the ticket and you will be fine!

Nice bus, very comfortable and can left you in several points of the Dolomites. It's enough time to enjoy Cortina! Unfortunately the departure time (7:37) that is here is different than the official one (8:05, I believe). So I had to wait more half hour...
