Vivi was so great! We did not purchase the gondola or the cog rail to the ice fields. Chamonix was socked in with fog when we arrived. Vivi was very accommodating and pleasant to us even though we left the tour group shortly after arriving. We could have done the gondola or train on our own. As it turned out, the weather on Mont Blanc cleared and the group going up was pleased they went. We enjoyed the day in Chamonix strolling through the quaint village. Visit the TI at the upper end of town for excellent information in English! Well worth the price for just the bus trip over.

An absolutely wonderful trip, Chris our guide, was very knowledgeable, very clear on times and meeting points and very helpful to keep me calm when I got scared of the height on Mont Blanc trip. Chamonix is a beautiful, picturesque town, we had plenty of time to go to the market, some shopping and lunch. will recommend this trip to all.

Great day trip to Chamonix Mount Blanc. Beautiful scenery on the bus ride up. Highly recommend taking the cable car to the top of Aiguille du Midi if the weather is clear. Fantastic views of the Alps. Our guide Caroline was amazing. Great sense of humor. She made it an enjoyable day.
