This was sold as a gardens, museum and sistine chapel tour. The time changed and when we showed up for the new time for the garden tour, a representative walked us to a bus and walked away. She never introduced herself or explained anything. The garden “tour” was a tape, but the bus driver did bot keep in step with the tape. After the tour we were ushered off the bus and did not know where to go or what to do. The new “directions” suggested we visit the Sistine chapel before or after our next meeting with a GetYourGuide person. It was about an hour and a half lter that we went to the GetYourGuide office, which was packed with people. Our guide from there was nice, but it was chaotic.

The length of the experience may seem too long but it definitely didn't feel that way. The Vatican is incredible and time simply stands still when you are in the Sistine Chapel. You simply don't want to leave the beauty and peace. Our guide, Debora, was amazing. We had a group of 5 and she made an effort to connect with each person in the group throughout the day. She was very knowledgeable and personable. The train ride to Castel Gandolfo was fun. Imagine taking a private train in the back yard of the Pope's home as you exit the amazing gardens. I highly recommend you watch "The Two Popes" in advance of going. I always find myself imagining what life was like whenever I visit a site. The movie certainly brings to life the interactions that may have happened in real life.

When you arrive at the meeting point, it will seem like you are wrong for a moment, but the guide will actually come to the agreed place. The tour in the minibus is very nice, you get earphones that you can plug into the bus with the desired language. That way you get a lot of information about the Vatican Gardens. The driver also stops regularly so that you can take beautiful pictures.
I would appreciate if they had informed me before that the entrance for the garden tour was on the opposite side of the touristation shop in order to organize better my time. The guide for the Vatican museum was extremely friendly, with many knowledge. Grazie per tutto.
The Vatican gardens by bus, It was not terrible (audio that works poorly, driver who does not care a bit) but visit of the museum and the Sistine Chapel very very well with Louis (Brazilian guide) with whom we saw the passion to make people discover things.
Beautiful tour of the Vatican gardens However, if you have the time, it is worth doing it on foot
