Firstly, booking changed by an out of the blue phone call while in Rome which ended up costing ''me'' approx $25 for just recieving it. i was offered a different tour at different time, and was even asked if i could change my morning boooking i had booked to fit in with their sheduled tour which i couldn't, and was then offered a partial refund! we ended up agreeing to a lesser tour in the afternoon just so we didnt miss out of seeing the Sistine Chapel and St Peters Basillica. This tour was booked as we wanted to see the pope mobile collection and appreciated our guide allowing us to separate from group for a quick 5 min visit while we were close by looking at something else. The Meeting point was set up and towards to the back end of the Basillica building, and using the Maps app it was easy to find. we were split into two large groups, we went with a wonderful guide who was very informative, sorry don't remember his name. it was a long 3 hour tour but we thouroughly enjoyed it.

Our guide Zenda turned the visit into a first-rate, engaging experience. She even took the extra mile and stayed with us longer than expected to provide us with additional information on the history of St. Peter. Absolutely and unbiasedly recommended!
