A nice experience. Richard, the guide, knows a lot about everything he explains. I think there should be a more visible badge at the meeting point. There should be a warm-up preparation before climbing to the dome and stretching at the end, as it is a strong exercise and should not be done cold, so as not to cause damage. For the rest, super worth doing.

Entertaining and family-friendly tour

The tour started at 8.15 a.m. Thomas is an experienced guide with a great knowledge of the Vatican and Rome. Despite the early start, we had to wait in line. There was no "skip the line" access. We both went up the stairs to the dome and we all enjoyed it. The tour of St. Peter's Basilica was very informative due to Thomas's comments. The Vatican Grottoes can also be visited without a guide. An early start is worth it!
