Two great mornings out on the water! On our first trip, we saw harbour seals, harbour porpoises, and bald eagles, but no whales. Nonetheless, we were awed by the beautiful scenery and being out on the west coast waters. We appreciated the opportunity to go out a second time, where there was quite a bit of humpback whale activity, along with sightings of sea lions and bald eagles. We stayed with the whales for a considerable length of time once we located them, which was great. The additional service of the crew taking photos and sending them to the passengers at no additional cost takes away the pressure of trying to take photos and allows the opportunity to just relax and observe. The naturalists are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife. Thank you!

This was an excellent experience overall. The crew and guides were so knowledgeable and took the time to explain the behaviours of the wildlife we were able to see during our tour. Everyone was very friendly. They did everything in their power to find whales that were reported that morning, and we were able to see 2 pods during our trip after going off course to where sightings had been reported. The captain was kind to the wildlife by turning off engines when near the animals. You can tell the whole team really cares about the preservation of the habitat and the wildlife, which was touching. Highly recommend using this company for whale watching tours!

We had an amazing experience, at the end they even sent us professional photos of the whale, seals and sea lions we saw on the trip. The complimentary tea/ coffee/ hot chocolate went down well too. The conservation specialist/ guide Stephen was a delight, very knowledgeable and entertaining. We would recommend you bring a jacket/ coat if sitting outside and some snacks. While you’re there make sure you visit the rest of Granville island.
