    Tim was an excellent guide/driver. My only negative comment is not about him, but about the website. It appears that there are errors or discrepancies there. I clearly followed the instructions for pick-up, but after waiting for several minutes, entering a “chat” with the company, and even having the concierge from the hotel designated for pick-up, I was finally informed that I didn’t include information for my hotel for pickup. It was VERY clearly stated that there was no individual hotel pickup! I even showed the driver/guide the information on the company’s website. Obviously, someone needs to monitor their site!

    Greg our tour guide was excellent. Knowledgeable and entertaining. Tour hit all the highlights of Vancouver in just over three hours. Picked up and dropped off from our hotel. Could never have seen so much on our own. Comfortable and air conditioned coach.
