Start the tour in the local tourist dock and board a modern and comfortable boat. Set sail and cross the wide Ushuaia Bay until you reach the Beagle Channel through Paso Chico. Get picked up from your hotel and transferred to the starting point of the walk, about 20 minutes from the city of Ushuaia. Before starting the activity, you will be provided with trekking poles, crampons if necessary, and a box lunch. The walk crosses forests and two different valleys following the Esmeralda River to its source. Near the Acigami Lake, enjoy lunch in a dining tent out of the wind or rain. Afterwards, grab your provided rubber boots, pants, and life jackets and get aboard very safe and stable inflatable canoes. Reach Lapataia Bay following the slow flow of the Lapataia and Ovando rivers. For about an hour, you will see the transition from the freshwater environment to the sea at Lapataia Bay.

Enjoying nature, the silence, the noise of the birds fluttering, the water, the trees, the stories told, a unique lunch at the End of the World and much more are the sensations that you will experience in this impressive natural and historical monument for 6 hours. Our adventure begins at the hotel, from where we head towards the entrance of the Tierra del Fuego National Park along National Route No. 3 by mini-bus. We enter the park delighting ourselves with its landscapes of lengas and cherry trees until we reach the beginning of the "Pampa Alta" trail, which together with the Ensenada loop will take us about 1 hour and a half of walking. From there we will head towards the “Sendero de la Isla”, also going along the “La Lenga” path until we reach Bahía Lapataia, the end of the Pan-American Highway. Finally, we will take the “Senda del Turbal” and we will go to Roca Lake, where we will have lunch surrounded by the Fuegian forest, with a beautiful view of the Lapataia River. From there we start our return to the city of Ushuaia.

Start the day with a pickup from your hotel around 8 AM and head for the Tierra del Fuego National Park where you’ll visit the most relevant sites with priority given to the natural attractions away from the tourist-dense locations. See all of the most popular panoramic points of interest within the national park, and visit Ensenada Bay, Cormorant Archipelago and, of course, Lapataia Bay, the end of all roads in South America. We start from the hotel leaving the city 7 km away. We start walking next to the Grande stream, we cross it and begin the ascent through the magical Fuegian forest. Halfway through we observe how the peat landscapes begin to surround us. We will continue crossing the vegetation limit where the impressive Laguna de los Témpanos, the Vinciguerra Glacier and some incredible ice caves await us. In order to recharge our energies, we make a stop to have a warm gourmet menu for lunch, take photos and start our way back, retracing our path and enjoying the wonderful landscapes that the endless summer sunsets offer us. The appropriate clothing for the excursion is: Hat, waterproof gloves, scarf, thermal shirt, polar jacket, waterproof jacket, hiking pants, thermal socks and waterproof trekking boots. It is essential to carry out this excursion boots, technical clothing and physical condition. The trekking is suitable for people with optimal physical conditions (without recent operations or discomforts that make the walk difficult). 9. Ushuaia: Gable Island and Penguin Colony with Canoeing

Join this active excursion to take part in the most comprehensive day tour of Tierra del Fuego. In addition to Gable Island, visit the Harberton Ranch and the penguin colony on Martillo Island. Leave Ushuaia toward the east until you arrive at Lasifashaj River. There, preparations will begin to paddle inflatable canoes along the river and the Beagle Channel. You will be provided with rubber boots, trousers, and life jackets to paddle downstream and to the sea in the Beagle Channel. At the sea, you will see wildlife, including a variety of seabirds and maybe even some sea lions. Then, arrive at the Harberton Ranch and take a motorboat towards the Isla Martillo. From the boat, you can see penguins at their breeding site. Continue on your motorboat to the main attraction of the day, the huge Gable Island, where a hot lunch awaits you with Patagonian wine, soft drinks, and mineral water. Next, hike to explore this wonderful island along beaver dams, through the forest, and along the marine coast until you reach the boat that will take you back to Puerto Harberton. Then, take the bus to Ushuaia.

Your trek to the Vinciguerra Glaciar begins with a morning transfer from your hotel to the Valley of Andorra. Leave the vehicle behind and challenge the wet and slippery ground as you follow a meandering river that cuts across peat bogs that line the valley.    Arrive at the forest and prepare for an initially demanding ascent that becomes easier once reaching the treeline some 600-meters above sea level. Once above the treeline have views of the surrounding mountain range's craggy peaks that enclose the valley. Continue along a stream that feeds from a glacial lagoon and arrive at the Vinciguerra Glaciar only a few dozen meters ahead.  During your trek enjoy a boxed lunch with drinks. Your arrival time back at your hotel is approximately 4:30 PM.
