Following pick-up from your hotel at 07:00, journey to a coffee plantation in the lush landscapes of Bali and learn how the local kopi luwak is produced. Known for its high price due to the unusual method of using beans digested by the Indonesian civet (a cat-like mammal), the result is often referred to as "cat poop coffee."
