We stayed in Ubud so our pick up time was 220am. It was about an hour drive to the meeting point. We were offered coffee and we’re able to use the toilets before we met our guide Ketut. I’m a ‘young’ 42year old. I’m 5ft 4” and about 60kg. I walk about half hour every day and I found this very difficult. My legs almost didn’t get me to the top. The 3 or 4 x 5min rest breaks were very needed for me to be able to get to the top. The trek up was about 1 hr 30 mins. It was so worth it! We had magnificent weather and the most beautiful sunrise and ate breakfast. We were at the top for about 1hr 30 mins before we headed down. The trek down was a little difficult and hard on the knees but much easier than the way up. Our guide Ketut was so friendly knowledgeable supportive and helpful. Ketut literally does this gruelling climb every single day so that he can support his family! Highly recommend this tour! Thank you Ketut

Worth every penny! We got the hotel pickup which was on time and the driver was very friendly. On arrival we got coffee/tea and biscuits and met our tour guides. The walk itself took an hour and 30 minutes, the walk is quite steep in parts and does require a moderate level of fitness but the guides will stop or slow down for anyone under pressure. Our guide Nova made the trip worthwhile, very friendly and funny and loved chatting (very good English). We got a breakfast at the top and the views did not disappoint. Definitely a must-do trip in Bali.

Sensational!! A little challenging for someone out of shape like me but worth every penny! The team was sensational from the reservation service, driver and guide. I just need to reinforce the need for appropriate footwear because the climb is very steep, if you have flat shoes it will be very difficult! Anyway, highly recommended!

The driver Eri was safe, professional and timely in picking us up from Seminyak, despite bad traffic. Our tour guide was also very experienced, trekking at our pace. It was a beautiful climb. Recommended casual hike for people of all abilities.

awesome experience, Lou was an amazing guide and helped me make it through this hike! It’s quite challenging for newbies and even if you’ve hiked before, all uphill and steep! But the view at the end is so rewarding
