Let the Gundolf Family–a staple in Innsbruck since 1967–entertain you with a 1.5-hour presentation. For many people, the Gundolf Family is a group of musical ambassadors representing Innsbruck and the historical region of Tyrol around the world. With a varied and attractive program, you will be delighted as you watch Tyrolean dances and “shoe-slapping.” You will also hear typical Tyrolean songs and yodeling. Don't be surprised if you find yourself wanting to dance, sing, and clap along too. Embark on an aerial adventure with a private paragliding session in Mayrhofen. Tailor the flight to your wishes and experience, receive instructions and briefings for flying safely, and get unbeatable views over the Zillertal mountains as you paraglide with an instructor. Meet your guide by the Penkenbahn cable car before being transferred to your takeoff area. Learn everything you need to know about takeoff, landing, and safety procedures. Talk with the guide about how gentle or daring you want your flight to be. When you're ready, suit up in your flight gear and get ready to take off in tandem with your guide. After just a few steps, feel yourself lift into the air as you lean back in your harness. Take in incredible bird's-eye views of the Zillertal Alps on a 20-25 minute flight. Stick to a gentle glide or dare to try out some exciting tricks like loops, spirals, and wing-overs. Finally, touch ground at the landing station in the Finkenberger Almbahnen (Finkenberg slopes). If you want, you can choose the option to have dinner and wine in one of our partner restaurants after the flight.

Embark on a whitewater rafting adventure for beginners in the picturesque Ötztal. Paddle through the rapids in Imster Canyon and feel the thrill of fighting through the big waves. After changing into your whitewater equipment, go by minibus or taxi to the starting point. Listen to a detailed safety talk from your guide before getting into specialized rafting boats and setting off. Enjoy the calm stream and the swimming areas before the canyon turns into a rushing whitewater river. Fight through the waves as a team as your guides snap photos of your experience with waterproof cameras. At the end of the tour, toast to a successful day of rafting with a drink before heading back to the rafting base. Unwind with hot showers, spacious changing rooms, and an outdoor swimming area.

Innsbruck's Alpine Zoo is unique worldwide in its function as an Alpine theme-zoo. Observe several species of animals that can only be found within the alp region. It is extremely family friendly but also offers a great variety of activities for grown ups. It is situated on the sunny side of the Inn valley, directly at the foot of the Nordkette and high above Innsbruck's rooftops. With the combi-ticket Alpine Zoo, the zoo is comfortably reachable from the city center. It is only a few minutes directly from the Congress Station to the Alpine Zoo station with the Hungerburg funicular. From there the entrance of the Alpine Zoo is only a few meters away. Your combi-ticket Alpine Zoo includes a round trip with the Hungerburg funicular and the entrance to the Alpine Zoo.

With minibuses you will go to the entrance of the via ferrata. During a detailed safety talk, the guide shows and explains to the participants the correct behavior in the via ferrata. The perfectly designed via ferrata offers everything that makes a versatile via ferrata for beginners as well as for advanced climbers. Right at the start there is a 40m high vertical rock face that has to be overcome. But don't worry, with the right technique learned from our guide, it can be done by anyone. From here the wall recedes and it goes over exposed rock slabs up to the waterfall. Of course, your guide has our photo camera to capture the best moments of you on pictures. After 2/3 of the tour you can decide on the spot whether to continue climbing the normal course, or choose the more challenging way over the overhang to the exit of the via ferrata tour. From there it goes over a beautifully laid out hiking trail back to our minibuses with which we drive back to the base. Once there, you will be offered a schnapps and hot showers with spacious changing rooms, as well as our outdoor swimming pool with free admission.

See Mayrhofen from above on a tandem paragliding flight with an instructor. Let your pilot take care of the steering while you admire the mountainous landscape of Tyrol. Feel the thrill of paragliding through the air on a flight suitable for all experience levels. Start the activity by getting fitted in your seat harness and helmet. Learn about the safety measures and flight procedures from your experienced instructor, see them carry out the final checks, and get secured into the paraglider. Start the take-off run and feel yourself lifting into the air. Fly at speeds of up to 40 km/h and take in the stunning panoramas below you. Talk with the instructor as you're flying, try out techniques like quick turns and smooth gliding, and even take control of the steering if you want to. You can choose a flight lasting either 15 or 25 minutes, and will touch ground safely before finishing up at the activity base.
