    Good guide

This was our first experience through lokify and was pleasantly surprised. Communication with lokify and agent a few days before welcome. Guide was nice, great English, on time and considerate. We walked our backside off over 5 hrs and we cut short by an hours as our backs and legs were shit. Guide Francesco was reasonably knowledgeable and we sAw far more than if we had attempted on own. A good time and learned about the city

It would have made the same thing to have done the walk alone

I feel ripped off. In the free tours that exist in other cities, the guides are not professionals but they know the history of the city and comment on interesting things about the streets, its buildings, shops, etc. Our guide in Torino neither knew the history nor the location of churches such as San Lorenzo or Santa Cristina and San Carlo, nor why is the Egyptian museum in Turin or the Holy Shroud ..... things that just by reading any tourist guide for 10 minutes anybody knows. The previous afternoon we had taken almost the same walk by ourselves and we did not learn anything new with him except the story of the soccer team's plane crash on the Superga hill. Actually having paid 90 euros to do a ride with a person who does not add value to the ride, is a scam and we are very upset. It is the worst experience and one of the most expensive guided tours of a city that we have ever had. It is not worth the 90 euros I paid for it. I leave it to you to assess if you make any returns
