We were in Turin from 16 to 18 July 2021, I had purchased the tickets for the Mole Antonelliana on the internet which in theory also had to include the use of the bus within the city for a whole day, the cinema museum that is located inside the Mole and the ascent by elevator to the panoramic terrace of the Mola. We were able to use the bus (red line) you must first collect the ticket and when we went to the Mola Antonelliana we discovered the catch! The ticket purchased did not include the priority ascent with the lift to the panoramic terrace! But only the entrance to the Cinema Museums, we would have had to make an additional ticket to use the lift, without considering the queue to be done. The gentleman at the entrance to the Mole told us that it has happened other times, that the convention for this ticket was no longer present! What a disappointment and what a rip off!

Ottimo! È stato molto semplice, al box del bus turistico ho avuto i biglietti per la mole e per il bus turistico, ho aggiunto il biglietto per mia figlia dodicenne. Il bus permette di ammirare e visitare tutti i luoghi di interesse di Torino. Per la mole il biglietto ha la priorità saltafila, purtroppo non ci sono le audio guide

Les circuits des bus étaient très bien. Par contre, nous avons été déçu par le ticket acheté aussi pour le musée du cinéma. En effet dans le prix du musée n'était pas compris l'accès à l'ascenseur panoramique et ce fut une grande déception car je pensais que le ticket comprenait l'accès à l'ascenseur. Vous devriez préciser que le ticket d'entrée du musée ne comprend pas l'accès à l'ascenseur. Vu qu'il y avait beaucoup de monde je n'ai pas pu acheter un ticket pour l'ascenseur sur place.
