Full description

Set out from Tulum on a short trek that will bring you to four of the area's most beautiful cenotes. See part of the network of natural freshwater pools the area is known for and learn about their significance to Mayan culture.

Arrive first at Naval Cenote after a short walk through the jungle. Ride a zip line and jump off into the water below. Cool off in the clear, fresh water before trekking on to the Pirañas Cenote for more swimming.

Then head to Large Cenote Naval where you can try out two incredible long zip lines. Take the second line down to a platform where you can board a canoe to journey in the direction of the final stop: Cenote Azul.

Hop off the boat and make a brief walk through the jungle to Cenote Azul where you can snorkel and marvel at the incredible underwater scenery.

Having worked up an appetite from all the swimming, snorkeling, and adventuring, it's time to visit a Mayan village for a bite to eat.

Enjoy a typical Mayan lunch of Chicken Pibil, Poc Chuc, salad, rice, beans, guacamole, handmade tortillas, and different flavored natural waters (Jamaica, Orange, and more), along with fruits for dessert.

This was a very fun tour! It was nice and close to Tulum town. Our guide Daniela was very knowledgeable of the history of the area and fun to hang out with! We opted to have “paparazzi” style photos included with our trip and our photographer Gasper was also very knowledgeable of Mayan culture, explaining local legends of the area and the different types of native plants. He took excellent photos of us and also was kind enough to take extra nature photos along the way at our request. Our lunch at the Mayan restaurant in the park was spectacular, it was easily one of the best meals of our entire trip. You can see the ladies cooking and making trinkets which was neat and lended an authentic feel. Highly recommend this tour!

Highly recommend! Beaut little half-day tour that packs a lot in. Beautiful cenotes; walking through the jungle; zip lining; snorkeling (we saw turtles!); canoe ride; topped off by the best lunch we’ve had all trip in a Mayan village. Alberto was our guide and he was an absolute gem. Friendly and knowledgeable, his passion for local culture and the environment was obvious and completely infectious, and was the cherry on top of a really enjoyable, fun day. Thank you, Alberto!

José was our guide, and he was amazing! So knowledgeable about the area, plants, wildlife, history -- outstanding. He was super friendly and easygoing. We ended up booking a separate tour later with him, he was so good. :) The area, Tankah, is beautiful, and the ziplines, swimming, and canoeing areas were incredible. Best of all, maybe, was the food in the Mayan village at the end. Delicious! Would highly recommend!
