We did the Sian Ka'an Diccovery tour and the three of us really enjoyed it. The pickup at the hotel in Tulum worked great. The extensive nature reserve was great to explore with the fast boat and we saw crocodiles, manatees and various bird species. Diving in the open sea on the reef was also a nice activity. A lunch on the beach rounded off the tour. Incidentally, our guide was very committed and explained everything to us about our observations. The full-day tour probably offers more - but since we were leaving Tulum the following day, we chose the shorter option.

Léa, the guide, speaks Spanish, English, German and French. She is extremely kind and caring. The boat ride was wonderful. We were able to observe birds, fish and crocodiles, however the manatees remained hidden! The place to take the meal was deserted, we were alone at the edge of a huge beach of fine white sand, a heavenly place. Also, the fish we ate was excellent and fresh. Superb experience!
