What people are saying about Tulum

Our July 13, 2022 tour set a very high bar for comparing against every other tour experience. Ekinox was the tour provider and Alexis Pavia was the primary tour guide, assisted by Miguel and driver Omar. Alexis demonstrated a passion for teaching us about the Mayan culture and ancestry while making it fun and entertaining throughout the entire journey to and from the Tulum Ceremonial Center (I call him the Mayan Billy Crystal). The meal we received was delicious and seemed much more authentic than what we experienced through a different service provider. The demonstration of making chocolate, the Mayan shaman purification rituals, and the visit to the Cenotes all combined to make this a fantastic experience. Alexis and Ekinox combined to create our most memorable and enjoyable Mayan tour experience. Everyone else should learn from them. Five stars is not enough!

Both Get Our Guide and EKINOX TOURS get 5/5 stars. Get Our Guide had many communications with me to ensure our pick up location and time is clear and confirmed with vendor. The tour was absolutely worth the money and time. Pick up was on time. Mario, our tour guide, gave instructions and was very passionate about the Mayan culture and it’s people. We had the BEST time at the cenote (wish it was longer). Playa del Carmen was charming. Would definitely recommend Ekinox Tours and will definitely use them again next time I am in the Yucatán!

We must wear a vest but that does not interfere with the observation. There were 3 tours with the whale sharks so no observation of the barrier afterwards. It's a pity it would have to pass even quickly. The Island of Women is surprising for its tourism. The set is worth it but it is very expensive. Some had obtained a group rate of 120€. It would be nicer. Ditto if we were sent a photo with the whale sharks. Considering the price and that it costs them nothing... We fully exploit the tourist. The meal was good.

Very great tour to Tulum and Cenote Mariposa. Our guide Mario was great. I can recommend this tour to everyone.

Great!!!! Mauricio is a mayan narive who told us many interesting stories. Also Suzan was great.
